Problems Menu |
| |
 |
| |
| |
 | Supprimer (tous) les
enregistrements (filtrés)...
: To delete all the records, or all the filtered records, of
the open table. |
 | IMPORTANT : It is not
possible to recover the deleted records |
 | Valeurs par défaut |
 | Ne plus
tenir compte des valeurs par defaut :
To not take account of the 'Values by defaut' any more. It is the
same to uncheck all the fields in the Valeurs par defaut form.
|
 |
Statistiques
: Give some statistics concerning all the problems, or all
the filtered problems, of the open table.
For instance, the number of problems by author ('Auteurs'), by
source, by year ('Années'), etc...
Note that with big tables, like the 'Echecs' one, the time of
calculation (for 'Auteurs' especially) depends a lot of the
available memory : from several seconds with 256 MB to several
minutes with only 32 MB. |
 | Tri
: Allows to sort the actual table.
In the 'Tri' window, select the sorting fields (1- having priority
on 2- etc...).
Asc : to sort in the ascending
order.
Desc : to sort in the descending
order.
If "Créer une nouvelle table" is
checked (it is safer!), WinChloe will create a new table, named
'~<actual table name>~<date> <time>'. Note that for fields such
as "Auteur1", "Source"..., it is the ID which is sorted, not the
name. |
 | Auto-étiquetage
: Allows to automatically label (in the "Etiquette" field)
all the problems, or all the filtered problems, of the open table.
For instance, if 100 problems are recorded in a table, you can label
them from "K1" to "K100" : just enter "K" as "Préfixe" (if you don't
enter any "préfixe", the problems will be labelled from "1" to
"100").
The "préfixe" can contain more than 1 letter, but note that the
"Etiquette" field is limited to 5 characters. |
 | Index
: Allows to create text files containing indexes of authors,
sources, themes and fairy elements.
Indexes use the "Etiquette" field, which must not be empty (see
above "Auto-étiquetage").
Each entry in an index is formatted this way : AitemBEtiquette1CEtiquette2CEtiquette3...
where A, B and C are strings. You can use the
string "TAB" to indicate a tabulation. |
